Luxfer Superform USA is a world-leading OEM supplier that specializes in superforming Aluminum, Magnesium, and Titanium components. Our premium technology creates complex geometric shapes that conventional methods cannot meet while reducing part count, weight, and assembly. Since our establishment in 1985, our formations continue to be used across a wide variety of industries including but not limited to Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, and Rail Transportation.

Superform’s lightweight and high-strength components are further incorporated in a vast range of commercial and military aerospace vehicles operated by Boeing, Honeywell, Space X, HondaJet, Collins UTC Aerospace, and Embraer. We continue to produce a wide range of superplastically formed components that are assembled for commercial applications including specialist sports cars, trucks, railcars, and medical systems. Some of our customers include Varian Medical Systems, Alstom, Ford, Multimatic, and Karma Automotive.
